Terms and Conditions
1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Skyline Books Inc. website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. SERVICES
Skyline Books Inc. provides business consulting and advisory services. All services are subject to a written agreement outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and compensation.
3. PRICING
Pricing is determined based on the scope, complexity, and duration of each engagement. Fees may be structured as flat-rate project fees, milestone-based payments, or ongoing monthly retainers. All pricing will be agreed upon in writing before services begin.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, payment is due upon invoice. For project-based services, a deposit may be required prior to commencement of work, with remaining balances due according to agreed milestones. Standard payment terms are Net 30 days unless otherwise specified.
5. LATE PAYMENTS
Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance per month or the maximum amount permitted by law. Skyline Books Inc. reserves the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are paid in full.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients may cancel services prior to the commencement of work. If cancellation occurs after work has begun, the client is responsible for payment for services rendered up to the cancellation date.
7. REFUND POLICY
Due to the consulting nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once services have commenced. Any request for refund will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, strategies, documents, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Skyline Books Inc. until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-transferable license to use deliverables for internal business purposes.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Skyline Books Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Skyline Books Inc. is registered.
11. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
